ParadiseHome Contractors is a family construction business founded more than 40 years ago in Bulgaria, by President Hristo Shehov’s father Zdravko Shehov.  Mr Shehov Sr started one of the first construction companies in the state of Smolyan, with just a few employees and a couple of years later the company expanded to 50 employees, growing into the well respected and reliable company it is today.

Hundreds of happy customers and completed projects, including new home construction and house additions, home renovations and remodeling, as well as renovation of commercial buildings are all testimony to the confidence in the company. Following the innovations of the Bulgarian building community, ParadiseHome joined the Bulgarian General Contractors Association. Being a member of BGCA adds further guarantees for customers of the company’s work ethics, standards and quality assurance management.

In 2011 Mr. Hristo Shehov becomes officially appointed as the company’s President and another big milestone for the organization is achieved. ParadiseHome Contractors obtained international certification from the ISO (International Organization for Standardization); well-known and accepted in over 163 countries, including the UK, USA and UAE.

 In 2012 the company expanded its operations in the City of London successfully integrating its experience and attention to detail into the UK market. The reputation of the company for successfully completing hundreds of new home construction, complete home renovations, home additions,  as well as only kitchen & bathroom remodeling, has grown tremendously. Following its natural course of expansion, in 2019 Paradisehome opened its first office in New York City, and in 2020 – in Northern Stamford, CT, staying steady on its trajectory of making partners and friends in the states of NY and CT.
